(2). My Official Human Rights Petition (Complaint) No. P-330-20 to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington, D.C. When my Petition passes screening it will proceed to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica.

My Request for Precautionary Measures Against The United Nations, The United States and the State of Arkansas In accordance with Article 25 of The Rules of Procedure of The Inter‐American Commission on Human Rights Written & Filed by Don Hamrick Kensett, Arkansas. Includes my proposed human rights treaty titled, Universal Affirmation of Human Rights, Freedoms, Liberties, and Duties. See (1) below for the reasons why. I consolidated several human rights treaties into one human rights treaty and listed each individual human right as an Ethic to change the perception of human rights as enforceable “ethics” based on the singular Universal Ethic of Reciprocity: The Golden Rule which as a part of nearly every religion in the world. No one can claim religious discrimination with the enforcement of human rights as Ethics of Reciprocity based on The Golden Rule because these are universal ethics.
