About

To see if I can do something notable and good for freedom in this country and in defence of the Constitution of the United States against Government opposition and survive.

And to see how many people join me in this effort. I want to especially see how many people join me in my effort to start up my forthcoming Web site and online interactive magazine that I have planned.

I also have plans to start a print magazine, American Common Defence Review and non-profit organization, American Common Defence Review Association. I need all the help I can get!

I have read parts of your lengthy and excellently prepared pro se case. I do not think any lawyer could have done a better job.

I also had a pro se case against a federal government agency, USDA, in the court of the same judge, John D. Bates, and had filed a motion for his recusal. He refused to remove himself from the case and, as expected, issued an extremist anti-justice, self-contradictory, and destructive ruling, motivated by his political and racist prejudices, which fragmented the inextricably intertwined issues of the case and expunged the most important of them-the very basis of the case-from the case, ruling that I did not have a standing to bring those issues to the court and that his court did not have jurisdiction over those issues. As you probably know, he has systematically used the same technical pretexts in many other cases too, to dismiss them with that weapon. He did not address any of the constitutional, factual, and legal issues of the case and ignored the self-evident lies and corruptions of the Agency personnel and their statements, as well as the blatant violations of the constitutional and civil rights laws. The case number was: Civil Case No. 1:06-cv-1283 (JDB). He inflicted great professional and financial damage on me. Because of his demonic ruling, I was forced to sign an extremely humiliating, unfair, and destructive settlement agreement with the USDA, as I was concerned that he might even inflict greater damages, if I continued the case. If you want, you can probably access the details of the case on the court’s web site. If I can be of any help in your case, please let me know. What is happening to your case at this stage? I will appreciate if you send me your email address. My email address is: Unpollutedfaz@aol.com.

I intend to publish a detailed analysis of what he did to my case. It is a shame that one can do almost nothing to such intellectually corrupt and biased judges in this country.

    Best regards,

    Fazal Rahman, Ph.D.
