The Editorial Plan for the Web Site and Magazine

It should be understood that this three-part project must begin with volunteers until such time that the Web site, the online and print magazine, and the  non-profit association can sustain themselves economically as separate business ventures without volunteers (i.e., volunteers becoming paid employees if volunteers so choose). The success of this project depends on the cooperation and participation of volunteers.

This embryonic development stage for the online interactive magazine will tentatively begin as an online subscription designed and produced using Adobe CS4 Design Premium and Adobe CS4 Premiere (for embedded videos). Proceeds from subscriptions and fundraising efforts will go toward the start-up and production of the print magazine.

The fundraising, development, and start-up of the Web site, the magazine, and the non-profit association will be separate activities in accordance with IRS regulations. The success or failure of this project hinges on the willing participation of volunteers.

The Three Projects:

To assist an individual with the design and development of a concept and start-up of, and fundraising for, (1) a new Web site; (2) a news, opinion-editorial, commentary, feature, and policy analysis, online (and subsequently a print) magazine; and (3) a subsequent 501(c)(3) non-profit association. The name of the Web site and magazine will be American Common Defence Review. The association name will be the American Common Defence Review Association. Trademark, Copyright, and ISSN have already been secured.

As a news, opinion-editorial, commentary, feature, and policy analysis, magazine and Web site American Common Defence Review will serve as informative and educational check and balance devices for the American people to enforce constitutional, ethical, and legal government behavior and practices at the federal, state, and local levels. Through an informed American people the magazine and Web site will serve to enforce the guarantee of a Republican Form of Government against invasion and domestic violence in the broadest sense of the terms, and against corrupt government behavior and practices.

Passing in review for the American people are news reports, opinions, editorials, commentaries, columns, feature articles on the six subject categories as listed in the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States. These six categories, presented in the magazine as sections, are: The State of the Union; Justice; Domestic Tranquility; The Common Defence; The General Welfare; and The Blessings of Liberty.

Each of these six sections will have their own commentaries and columns by prominent authors, scholars, and professionals in a wide variety of fields. Each monthly issue will have a Feature Section and a Policy Analysis devoted to a subject matter of national importance to the American People.

American Common Defence Review magazine, Web site, and its association are designed to insure both the guarantee of a Republican Form of Government and the protection against invasion and domestic violence through an informed American People. Each monthly issue will have a Recommend Reading list on current topics whether or not they are covered in that issue of the magazine.

What the Hell is Going On!?

EVENT 1: Attempted to file my Admiralty Complaint at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia hoping that the Heller case would be viewed as overruling my original dismissal in 2002 that the Second Amendment is a collective right of the State to arm a militia and my seamen’s status would be grandfathered under Heller. (Lost my seaman’s ID card while traveling the interstates). No such luck with the New Case Clerk. I have been on the U.S. Marshals Service Suspect List since 2003/2004 because I thought I could get some help from them in regard to enforcing the Seamen’s Suit law against federal judges, 28 U.S.C. 1916 VERSUS Extortion of filing fees from a seamam under 18 U.S.C. 872. How naive I was to believe that I could enforce a federal law against federal judges. Now I am permanently on the U.S. Marshals Service Watch List. The only recourse is to include the Director of the U.S. Marshal Service in this Admiralty lawsuit.

EVENT2: Soon after my visit at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Google DELETED my Gmail account, My logged Google visiting my WordPress blog, shortly before my Gmail account,, was deleted.

EVENT 3: The deletion of my Gmail account prevented me from logging into my blog. That problem has now been repaired. WordPress Tech Support switched my email from Gmail to

EVENT 4: The same cascading effect caused my account to disappear. I have emailed my request to restore my Twitter account with my Yahoo email address.

Google’s Gmail Terms of Service allow them to disable and delete email accounts without notice or explanation. No chance to transfer email messages to another email account, if that feature even exists.

I can only speculate in frustration how this happened and who caused it. Did the U.S. Marshal Service persuade Google to wreak havoc on me by disabling and deleting my email accounts over the years? Or, did Google delete my email account for political reasons in reaction to what they read at my blog?

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!? I doubt I will ever find out because I am a nobody in the grand scheme of society and politics. Just try to stand up for your rights and all Hell falls on you. This corresponds to the political left attacking our First Amendment rights.
