Second Amendment Case for National Open Carry Filed September 11, 2006!

It is Done!

I filed my Second Amendment case for National Open Carry as a Civil RICO Act Complaint from a merchant seaman’s point of view on Monday, September 11, 2006, the 5th anniversary of the terrorist attacks with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Districk of Arkansas (Little Rock), Northern Division (Batesville), Case No. 06-0044GH, where all pleadings are filed in Little Rock until the jury selection phase, if my case gets that far.

I mailed a courtesy copy of the Civil RICO Act Complaint to:

  • Chris W. Cox, Executive Director, NRA-ILA
  • Stephen Halbrook
  • Aaron Zelman, JPFO
  • Associated Press, Little Rock, Arkansas for newsworthiness.
  • FBI, Little Rock as my complaint for a criminal RICO Act investigation into the past 4-years of judicial handling of my Second Amendment case in the federal courts of Washington, DC.

The 3-muskateers (or the 3-bandits: NRA, SAF, KABA) have been hogging all the publicity and ignoring the 4-year existence of my case. I have grown accustomed to this political oppression (or is it censorship?) to the extent that I am now enjoying this “Don Quixote of the Second Amendment” reputation.

It is very interesting and entertaining to experience the reactions of people who hate what I am doing: Pushing for “actual freedom” (cf. Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation and the definition of a slave in the Dred Scott v Sandford 1856 U.S. Supreme Court case).

National Open Carry?

You would be amazed at the hate I have experienced.

“One man scorned and covered with scars still strove with his last ounce of courage to reach the unreachable stars; and the world was better for this.”

“Beware, gentle knight – the greatest monster of them all is reason.”

And I know, if I’ll always be true to this glorious quest,
That my heart will lie peaceful and calm when I’m laid to my rest.
And the world will be better for this…”
