Obama Eligibility Case Advances to U.S. Supreme Court Conference November 23, 2010

Thanks to Citizen WEIIs for this heads up.

On November 8, 2010 the U.S. Supreme Court distributed Kerchner’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari Distributed for Conference by the Justices on November 23, 2010. However, because Obama filed his Waiver of right of to respond to the appeal, Obama has signaled the U.S. Supreme Court to deny Kerchner’s appeal. It is my hunch that the U.S. Supreme Court will deny Kerchner’s petition. If Kerchner’s petition his denied the denial will exacerbate the constitutional crisis. But will the crisis rise to the level of riots in the streets of hometown USA or in Washington, DC? Or has the American people become so pacified or intimidated that they will see the safer choice to sit and do nothing? What is the right thing for the average citizen to do here? Just shut up and go about your life as if nothing happened?
