Will the FBI Investigate and Prosecute the Defendants in My Complaint for Treason?

IS THE FBI & U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE AS CORRUPT AS THE FEDERAL COURTS?

If they are NOT corrupt then they will investigate the allegations contained in my online blog and in my forthcoming Admiralty lawsuit.

MY EMAIL TODAY TO THE U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE & FBI:

FROM: Don Hamrick
TO: William Jessup, U.S. Marshals Service
CC: Shawn Henry Ast. Director-in-Charge, FBI

INFO: “WHAT IF THE FEDERAL COURTS & U.S. SUPREME COURT ARE CORRUPT?”

Several years ago I asked William Jessup what the role of the U.S. Marshals Service was in regard to a “what if” question when “probable cause” evidence is presented to him, an agent of the U.S. Marshals Service, implicating one or more federal judges of the U.S. District Court for DC, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court of criminal activity violating the Sevent Amendment right to a civil jury trial for a U.S. merchant seaman as an unrepresented civil plaintiff. I asked William Jessup if it was the duty of the U.S. Marshals Service to arrest federal judges of lower federal courts, courts of appeals, and/or justices of the U.S. Supreme Court base on probable cause evidence (court records) implying criminal activity by and for those judges/justices. In short, William Jessup said, “No.” Willaim Jessup said that activity, (investigations, arrest, and prosecution) was the jurisdiction of the FBI (hence my CC:’ing Shawn Henry of the FBI.

OKAY. Let’s look at the FBI’s Criminal Priorities.

Criminal Priorities:

4. Combat Public Corruption at All Levels

Corruption in government threatens our country’s democracy and national security, impacting everything from how well our borders are secured and our neighborhoods are protected to verdicts handed down in courts and the quality of our roads and schools. This takes a significant toll on our wallets too, wasting billions of tax dollars every year.

WFO investigations focus on violations of federal law such as bribery, contract and procurement fraud, antitrust violations, environmental crimes, and election fraud by public officials in local, state, and federal government. We also investigate violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act to prevent corporations from gaining unfair advantage through the payment of bribes overseas.

For more information on the FBI’s national efforts, see our Public Corruption webpage. And see our Press Room for current cases and our WFO History page for past investigations.

5. Protect Civil Rights

The FBI is the lead agency for investigating violations of federal civil rights laws. The Washington Field Office aggressively investigates and works to prevent hate crime, color of law abuses, human trafficking, and freedom of access to clinic entrances violations—the four top priorities of our civil rights program.

For more information on our overall efforts, see our Civil Rights webpage. And see our Press Room for current cases and our WFO History page for past investigations.

PUBLIC CORRUPTION IS FBI’S TOP CRIMINAL IVESTIGATIVE PRIORITY?

FOR FBI: OKAY, PROVE IT!

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE FBI:

1. If my Admiralty lawsuit contains prosecutable probable evidence of criminal activity by the defendants will the FBI investigate and prosecute the defendants?

    A. Will the FBI investigate and prosecute Obama’s eligibility issue as a matter of treason?

    B. Will the FBI investigate and prosecute the U.S. Supreme Court’s admitted evasion of Obama’s eligibility issue as a matter of treason?

    C. Will the FBI investigate and prosecute Justice Clarence Thomas’ confession on evading Obama’s eligibility issue as probable cause evidence of racketeering, extortion, and obstructions of justice against a civil plaintiff being a seaman and a Ward of the Admiralty (28 U.S.C. § 1916 VERSUS 18 U.S.C. 872) and treat that evidence as cooberating evidence contained in my Admiralty lawsuit?

    D. Will the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service contact me in regard to their investigation of my allegations contained in this email? Or, will the FBI and U.S. Marshals Service just IGNORE me again?

Must See: Forthcoming Admiralty Lawsuit

On Thursday, April 22, 2010 I uploaded my “forthcoming Admiralty Lawsuit” to my blog, American Common Defence Review and made my last edit to that page (see link above) at 5:54 PM (Central Time).

On Friday, April 23, 2010 the StatCounter.com logged a visit to my Admiralty Lawsuit blog page at 10:57 AM from the IP Address of 152.120.255.251 resolving to “bluecoat2.dot.gov.”

I have a need and a right to know who in the U.S. Department of Transportation or in the U.S. Coast Guard visited my blog because of the implication of an ongoing criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice and unlawful surveillance of me as an unrepresented civil plaintiff naming the U.S. Coast Guard as a defendant.

I have CC:’d the FBI hoping that they will initiate a criminal investigation into this matter.

Below is the WHOIS information I found on the visitor to my blog.
