In my recent Examiner column I suggested that both (1) US falagged merchant seaman carry to sea their normal Second Amendment arms they carry at home and (2) that Congress consider issuing letters of Marque and Reprisal to private shippings owners to hunt down and kill or capture pirates at on the high seas.

Please read, DIGG, and forward http://www.examiner.com/x-2782-DC-Gun-Rights-Examiner~y2009m4d11-Lets-just-give-the-pirates-our-ships--bullets-first-ARRGH

Yes. That is a bone of contention for many people. If cause and effect can prove (and it has easily been proven many times over) that the U.N.'s Programme of Action for their gun control agenda leads to genocide of a disarmed people that what is the true "purposes and principles of the United Nations?" I hope to prove that "freedom" for the individual citizen of a nation is not the purpose or principle of the United Nations but to install military regimes for global control of governments.

We may need a "United People" version of the United Nations. Registration Technologies, Inc., is squatting on the URL "www.unitedpeople.org". A DNS check show that ICOMSAT.COM, a Swiss smartcard and biometry company has registered that Domain Name and will soon have their web site up. A missed opportunity to combat the United Nations.

I am Public Enemy No. 1 with the NRA and the Second Amendment Foundation because of my "National Open Carry Handgun" aspect of my Second Amendment case would destory the reason for existence. I am on my own until my idea of "National Open Carry" catches on with popularity with the American people.
Status of my case is pre-Motion to Dismiss phase in the U.S. District Court in Little Rock, Arkansas.
