Case Dismissed With Prejudice & Appealed to the 8th Circuit

The case was dismissed with prejudice. I appealed to the 8th Circuit with a “handwritten” Notice of Appeal to the District Court and a “handwritten “Appellant Brief” with 4 “handwritten” addendums and motions because I cannot afford the costs of printing and copying the court documents.
